Meet our Kitchen Manager, Lise Cloutier
Lise Cloutier had a strong French Canadian influence growing up, she came from generations of farmers in Quebec Canada. Lise's mother sparked her passion for cooking at an early age as they spent a lot of time in the kitchen together. After spending some time down south, Lise wanted to return to her New England roots. As community and having easy access to organic foods were important to her, she decided that Moretown, VT was the perfect place to raise her daughter and teach her these values too.
With years of experience in food, service and coffee industries, Lise has a well rounded background in management and producing high quality products. Her passion for cooking, supporting local farmers and giving back to the community align with the values of The East Warren Market. She is proud to be part of this family.
We have a fabulous and talented crew who continually supply our customers with delicious, quality, reasonably priced food. We start first thing in the morning with fresh baked goods and local egg breakfast sandwiches. Moving through the day, we provide lunch and dinner including delicious soups, salads and wraps.
